Medword may review the contents of this form for informational purposes. However, Medword does not assemble this information for later use. It is simply deleted at regular intervals. Each file you send lets your friend know that we have a record of their e-mail address and that they may contact us to be removed from any list they are on, if we indeed have any such list. To avoid their name being possibly collected again, we advise them, in the sent file, to instruct you not to use their e-mail address or send them information from Medword without their permission.
